Really dissapointed. I selected the Basic Plan, which includes 400 orders per month, and my monthly payment is charged on the 28th. I was successfully charged for the new billing period, but unfortunately, my order limit did not reset as it should have.
I contacted the support team expecting this to be fixed quickly. Instead, I was advised to upgrade my plan. I explained that I did not want or need an upgrade — I simply wanted the 400-order allowance that I had already paid for to be reset.
Support then told me they would contact the developer and get back to me. Meanwhile, I was unable to properly see/process incoming orders. This is a serious problem for an e-commerce business because orders need to be confirmed quickly. The longer the delay, the higher the risk of losing customers and sales.
In the end, the only immediate solution available to keep my business running was to pay for an upgrade, even though I had already paid for the Basic Plan and the issue was caused by the order limit not resetting correctly.
I am therefore requesting a refund for the current upgraded plan and asking to be moved back to my previous $9.99/month plan.
Customers should not have to pay for an upgrade simply to regain access to functionality they have already paid for. I hope this issue is resolved and the refund is processed promptly.
This is a fantastic Lead Form app for my store. The app itself is great, but the customer service is even better. Huge shoutout to Aya for her outstanding support and consistent follow-up to ensure everything was running smoothly. 5 stars!
Really good app for Cash on Delivery orders. It makes the order form simple for customers and helps keep COD orders more organized.
Easy to set up, easy to customize, and it does exactly what I needed for my store.
