However, keeping customers engaged is a continuous process that requires time and resources. Time and resources are hard to come by when you have a small to mid-sized store.
Automation is an offer-based marketing automation feature that continuously tracks customers and periodically contacts them based on a set of rules defined automatically by the system with very minimal input from the store owner. Automation's goal is to keep customers engaged and active.
So how does it work?
Once you set up LeftBrain once and turn it on, it works by itself 100%, with no more interaction from you.
LeftBrain AI automatically segments your customers into different segments based on each customers' shopping behavior. It then continuously tracks customers for segment changes.
When a segment change occurs, LeftBrain automatically creates a personalized discount code for that customer, and delivers it via email.
Customer then is able to use that code at checkout. It's that simple.
In the case when customer misses the email, but comes to your store, he/she will be notified via screen pop that they have an unused discount code that expires on a specific date. This way, even if they miss the email, they won't miss their discount codes.

I was using Constant Contact to market to my customers taking my time to do those posts. LeftBrain has really boosted my sales by continually contacting my customers in a very strategic way which now frees me up to focus on other things. We have a small operation so contacting each customer is a challenging task. This app takes that pressure off from us. Our customers seem to like it as well.
I downloaded the app because they promised assistance with the installation. I don't write code and looked forward to their help. I have contacted them several times and they told me how to proceed. I tried but still had problems. I'm still waiting for assistance but look will for another app that communicates more with new customers.
We have replied to your emails on June 25th and June 28th. I've just sent you yet another email, this time from my personal account with screenshots of our replies. For some reason, you are not receiving our replies. Please review what I have sent. We would still be happy to work with you but as you can imagine, this review is unjustified and not LeftBrain's fault. All the other reviews show how committed we are to supporting our customers.
