Customers choose prescription type, lenses, lens options, and add-ons. Customers then upload, type, or use AI to capture their prescription. When an order is completed, LensAdvisor automatically routes it to your optical lab, tracks the job, and fulfills it. Prescription data is handled with GDPR and HIPAA-conscious controls.
