I am a new customer of Levar and have only had positive experiences thus far. Turnaround time for products was quick and the renderings turned out crystal clear and to spec. The new customer experience this technology provides has proven to be a very positive one already - would highly recommend!

Don't let the lack of reviews fool you, this app is the real deal. The product team is on fire, and are making constant improvements. Any improvement I can dream up, is almost immediately implemented app-wide. The integration was fast and simple. We were up and running in a week. I got several video chats with the team to address all my questions and ideas for improvement. Our products are very visual and hands on, and so having a functioning AR is key to help the customer visualize online. I've been trying to find a way to get AR on shopify for 3 years, and finally we have an app that knocks it out of the park. Pricing is great. Service is great. The app could load a little faster on site, but they've assured me they are working on it as we speak. But even then, if you're on a modern device, most of customers are, then it works perfectly. 10/10, love Levar. You guys rock!!!

I have been working and using Levar for the past year and the experience has been great. The quality of the work is superbe and the customer service is amazing. Levar enabled the development of an efficient and great relationship. Moreover, they are actively listening to our input, which is great. Would recommend to all start-ups looking to use 3D and AR.

I knew exactly what I was getting into, what contribution I needed to make, the possibilities and the expected outcome. The team is well structured from Sales, to 3D artist to overall project management. Their pricing is totally transparent, , extremely affordable even for start up e-com like mine who haven’t even started making money yet, and allows great flexibility. There has been a personalized approach through the whole process, meeting with the respective team members via zoom video calls. I really felt accompanied and special, not just another client. The CEO is even involved at any step of the way to ensure a great flow. They are very open for recommendations and improvements, and it is not only marketing, they actually go ahead and implement them, and even bring you on board for review sessions quality improvement meetings. 2.==> SECOND, levAR are Customer centric organization. The levAR team has been exceptional in not only understanding my requirement, but also taking in consideration my situation of emergency. Client listening and doing their best to accomodate to my business needs is Something they have been great at. I In fact, they do not only deliver a 3D asset, but also a service. And a service is only as good as it serves the needs of its clients, and they have been wonderful at it. They have Indeed taken on an uncomensurable number of change request due to me lacking the necessary resources to do so. As a result, they have succeeded to deliver my 3D asset on time and quality for my presentation to my client. Masterclas ! 3.==> THIRD, levAR has been adament in delivering the highest quality 3D/AR asset they could ever provide ! They have been very keen to gather all my requirements to the latest detail, and acutally follow through on them. They have the highest level of 3D/AR customization you may ever find on the market, Matching with a top-of-the-notch quality of the product. Their technology has seemless integration with my shopify e-com, the charging for the 3D/AR is very fast wether you in 4G or wifi. What you get is exaclty what you see on their website and try-out products, and in my particular case, even better. And I can attest of that, since I am in the Luxury industry, where everything is in the details, and the highest demand is on quality over anything else. All-in-all, levAR is so much more than a Shopify App ! It is a whole team of welcoming, competent and visionary individuals that are, and will continue to propel the 3D/AR industry to next levels of adoption and success ! Really great team to work with and quick turnaround with both models and amends. Amazing to see the detail and technical accuracy just based on the few images we have on the website. Would highly recommending improving customer experience with the use of LevAR.

Quick and easy setup process (even though there is a time difference for us). The entire team is very responsive and helpful. It is clear from the off you are working with knowledgeable professionals who have put together a great product. Accurate models can be produced with standard website images.

Progress is quick and handled by people who know what they're doing. You're not pulled from pillar to post, there are no annoying auto-responder helpdesk messages, it doesn't take ages to get things done.

Errors/issues are resolved fast and with care. You get the impression they genuinely care if a problem arises. It's not just something to get off their desk but something to fix ASAP and adjust so it doesn't happen again.

The new dashboard is informative and easy to use, though still not fully launched.

Seamless integration and support from LevAR team in getting this product live. Before any kind of advertising or email marketing on the new AR feature, we are already attributing sales from it just being on the product page. They have a dedicated team that is incredibly responsive and professional. Would give 10 stars if possible.

LevAR makes the entire process of adding AR to your products simple from A-Z. I’d recommend to total beginners, as well as people with some experience in using AR in their webshop. Customer service have been the best - All issues I’ve encountered have been addressed and fixed immediately.

Makes the customer experience for viewing & purchasing home goods / accessories much more engaging. Our fanbase loved seeing the skateboard model in their house, even after it had sold out! would recommend for sure
