Der Support ist Top. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der einstellung der App. Der Support war super einfach zu kontaktieren und hat sich schnellstens unser Problem angeguckt, wie auch das Problem, mit einem netten erklär Video, beheben können. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Nutze die App schon länger und bin sehr zufrieden. Was mich aber wirklich umgehauen hat ist der Support: Sehr schnell, sehr detailliert und freundlich. In meinem Fall sogar mit "Erklärvideo", klasse!
Die App funktioniert im Großen und Ganzen ganz okay, macht aber immer wieder Probleme durch diverse Variablen die noch nicht hinterlegt sind. Wie LexOffice selbst, hat natürlich auch die App ihre Schwächen - doch das weiss man, wenn man LexOffice User ist.
Für mich passt es trotzdem ganz gut, da die Nacharbeit der immernoch bessere Kompromiss ist, als aufwendige Buchhaltungen z.B. über Elster.
An dieser Stelle möchte ich den guten Kundenservice jedoch loben. Wann immer ich eine Frage hatte, so wurde ich stets gut beraten.
Zuletzt hat mich ALEXA vom App Support ganz toll beraten und informiert, mit guten Loom Vids etc.
Weil es keine 100% professionelle Lösung ist und nur über kleinere Umwege stressfrei läuft, gibt es gute 4 von 5 Sternen.
Preis/Leistung und Funktion sind auf jeden Fall mehr als stimmig!
