Great support and fast responses. The development team wrote some code for my needs that facilitates our daily routines enormously. The monthly fee is definately justified and provides a stable synchronisation platform and helpful input for any kind of questions.
Bin super happy, die App entdeckt zu haben. Bisher echt eine super Erleichterung im Shopalltag, weil die Rechnungen direkt in mein Lexoffice Konto wandern und ich sie weiterführen kann zu Lieferscheinen etc. Top E-Mail-Support von Berna!
Sehr übersichtliche App. Ich hatte ein Problem bei einer Abbuchung, dies wurde innerhalb eines Tages direkt per Email gelöst
Sehr einfache Bedienung.
Bei Problemen ist der Support per E-Mail sehr schnell für einen da und hilft gerne.
Am Telefon wird man leider direkt auf den Mail Support verwiesen, aber dass zeigt ja, wie gut der Mail Support sein muss.
"Johannes" hat prompt auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und geholfen.
Knaller support! Anfrage am Abend versendet und am nächsten Tag ein tatsächlich persönlich für mich gemachtes Video per Mail erhalten, wo mir die Lösung für mein Problem erklärt wurde. Wenn es nur mehr von solchen Unternehmen gäbe...
