Immer sehr hilfsbereit und falls es mal ein Problem gibt wird es sofort gelöst. Bei uns ist bislang nichts ungelöst geblieben. Die App funktioniert aber meiste Zeit völlig ohne Probleme! Absolute Empfehlung!
Der Support ist Top. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der einstellung der App. Der Support war super einfach zu kontaktieren und hat sich schnellstens unser Problem angeguckt, wie auch das Problem, mit einem netten erklär Video, beheben können. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Nutze die App schon länger und bin sehr zufrieden. Was mich aber wirklich umgehauen hat ist der Support: Sehr schnell, sehr detailliert und freundlich. In meinem Fall sogar mit "Erklärvideo", klasse!
