Ich habe gestern eine Frage zur Synchronisation der Zahlungsdaten von Drittanbietern gestellt und heute ein eigens für mich erstelltes Hilfevideo erhalten, wo alle Schritte detailliert und verständlich dargestellt wurden. Freundlich, effektiv und proaktiv. Leider erlebt man so einen Support heutzutage selten. Einfach super! Vielen Dank!

Ich benutze die App in meinem Shopify Online Shop und es erleichtert mir die Arbeit enorm, da alle Rechnungen sofort übertragen werden. Sollte mal etwas sein, hilft der Support ganz schnell. Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Funktioniert und spart wirklich viel Arbeit! Die Rechnungen zu den Bestellungen werden in Lexoffice automatisch erstellt und komplett erfasst. Es ist eigentlich nichts weiter zu tun. Bei mir gab es am Anfang ein paar Probleme bei der Übertragung auf Grund der OSS Regelung. Der freundliche Support konnte das Problem aber beheben und seit dem funktioniert alles einwandfrei.
