Bin soweit sehr zufrieden, ärgerlich ist nur dass durch die Wartungsarbeiten manchmal die Rechnungen nicht übertragen werden (auch nicht automatisch) und dann stimmen die Rechnungsnummer nicht mehr überein.

Der Support ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit (mittlerweile). Ich nutze die App schon seit 5Jahren und anfangs war der support eine Katastrophe. Aber daran wurde gearbeitet.

Nach fast 2 Jahren kann ich sagen: Die App hier ist eine Katastrophe - mein Übertragungslog mit Fehlern ist 3-Seiten lang und man muss ständig manuell irgendwas anpassen damit die Übertragungen wieder funktionieren. Ich hab dem Support wegen verschiedenen Themen mindestens 10 mal geschrieben. Ständig wären meine "Steuereinstellungen fehlerhaft", dann gibt es "an unknown error occured", etc. Ich bin wirklich unsicher ob meine Buchhaltung überhaupt korrekt ist weil Umsätze oft einfach ohne Grund und Mitteilung nicht angelegt werden. Das hat mich Schlussendlich zum Deinstallieren gebracht.

TIPP:
Tut euch einen Gefallen und wechselt auf die Lösung von Appify (die einzig andere Lexware Anbindung hier im App Store). Da funktioniert alles reibungslos und ist deutlich übersichtlicher.

Wer eine verlässliche & seriöse Buchhaltungslösung sucht, ist hier falsch.

Die App trennt teilweise einfach die Verbindung - ein nachträglicher Import schlägt fehl, auch wenn man verzweifelt für 100€ das Import Add-On dazubucht. Es funktioniert nichts. Wir haben tausende fehlende oder fehlerhafte Belege, Gutschriften und Transaktionen. Fehlerbeschreibung "Unknown Error".

Immer wieder hat die App in der Vergangenheit Probleme gemacht, immer mussten wir tagelang, teils wochenlang händisch alles ausbessern.

Wir raten jedem Unternehmen, egal ob klein oder groß, dringend von dieser App ab. Schade.
