Good when it works. Unfortunately, this app often has multiple spontaneous issues creating invoices. It may run smoothly for months and then randomly break, leaving you no choice to manually create invoices until it is fixed (response time for support queries is 48 hours).
When working, this app simplifies the process of integration into Lexware, easily creating invoices and documentation trails. The invoices can be downloaded with many customisable options including email follow-ups, exclusions and much more.
Despite being a good app when it works, its dependability for commercial applications is disappointing and I could not recommend this app.
Ich bin wirklich traurig das ich nicht eher zu Lexware gewechselt habe.
Vor allem in verbindung mit Shopify ist es wirklich eine ungeheure Zeitersparnis. Das Programm ist übersichtlich und sehr leicht zu verstehen.
Jetzt noch ein Warenwirtschaftssystem und es ginge nicht besser!
Diese App macht einem das Leben wirklich leichter. Ich nutze das Lexware Systen nun etwa 4 Jahre. Einmal eingerichtet und alles läuft von selbst - Preis/Leistung top.
Sehr lobenswert ist ebenfalls der Kundenservice (herzlichen Dank an Analena für Deine liebenswerte und unglaublich hilfreichen Mails!) hier spricht man noch mit echten Menschen, die einem wirklich weiterhelfen wollen.
Ich kann die App, bzw. das ganze Lexware System, nur wärmstens empfehlen.
