Ich bin wirklich traurig das ich nicht eher zu Lexware gewechselt habe.
Vor allem in verbindung mit Shopify ist es wirklich eine ungeheure Zeitersparnis. Das Programm ist übersichtlich und sehr leicht zu verstehen.
Jetzt noch ein Warenwirtschaftssystem und es ginge nicht besser!
Der Support ist wirklich extrem engagiert und versucht jedes Problem zu lösen und unterstützt gewaltig!
Wir nutzen die Schnittstelle seit ca. einem Jahr und sind begeistert, da wir damit nichts zu tun haben ;) Alles läuft reibungslos und automatisiert im Hintergrund.
Ein Problem gab es neulich, das lag aber an Shopify, wie sich gestellt hat, dennoch war der Support erreichbar und äußerst hilftbereit.
Hervorheben möchte ich Michelle, die sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Fehlersuche gegeben hat und Ihr Video als Antwort zu unserer Frage war super hilfreich und leicht zu verstehen.
Ich habe noch nie einen so guten Support erleben dürfen.
Leider hat sich das Preismodell verändert, sodass die Kosten teils höher sind, noch sind wir davon nicht betroffen, aber wenn, verdoppeln sich die Kosten.
Von mir eine klare Empfehlung und wir bleiben weiterhin gerne Kunde :)
