Ich bin mit dieser Software äußerst zufrieden. Gestern abends hatte ich ein Übertragungsproblem, schon am nächsten Morgen wurde mir geholfen und ich konnte schnell wieder weiterarbeiten. Danke an das tolle Support Team!!!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App. Dank der intuitiven Bedienung lässt sich die Buchhaltung auch als Laie problemlos erledigen. Zudem bieten die YouTube-Videos von Eshop Guide eine hervorragende Unterstützung. Der Support (in meinem Fall Analena) reagiert schnell auf Anfragen, sodass man nie lange auf eine Lösung warten muss. Ich kann die App und Lexware im Allgemeinen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, die Wahl Lexware zu benutzen war die beste Entscheidung!

Ich war vorher bei SevDesk (auch eine solide Plattform & ich will die gar nicht schlecht machen sie hat auch super ihren Job getan) wenn es aber um die Übertragungen der Bestellungen geht wo man bei SevDesk drauf zahlt ab mehreren Bestellungen ist das bei Lexware unbegrenzt ohne draufzahlen.
Das war einer der Gründe wieso ich auf Lexware überhaupt umgestiegen bin und ich habe es 0% bereut.
Ich persönlich finde die Plattform sogar deutlich besser.
Nicht nur funktionieren die Vorschläge zum Verbuchen besser ich persönlich finde es auch organisierter und anschaulicher.
Zudem zeigt die mobile App viel mehr Einsicht als bei meinem vorherigen Anbieter.
Anfangs hatte ich ein paar technische Probleme wo mir der Support aber super weitergeholfen hat.
Analena die mich stets bemüht betreut hat und sich die technischen Probleme genau angeschaut hat und recht zügig auch immer geantwortet. Konnte alle Problemchen schnellstmöglich lösen und war immer für Fragen da. Danke nochmal dafür <3
Der Service ist wirklich 1A.
Also ich kann Lexware für Shopify Betreiber wirklich nur empfehlen!
