Wer eine verlässliche & seriöse Buchhaltungslösung sucht, ist hier falsch.
Die App trennt teilweise einfach die Verbindung - ein nachträglicher Import schlägt fehl, auch wenn man verzweifelt für 100€ das Import Add-On dazubucht. Es funktioniert nichts. Wir haben tausende fehlende oder fehlerhafte Belege, Gutschriften und Transaktionen. Fehlerbeschreibung "Unknown Error".
Immer wieder hat die App in der Vergangenheit Probleme gemacht, immer mussten wir tagelang, teils wochenlang händisch alles ausbessern.
Wir raten jedem Unternehmen, egal ob klein oder groß, dringend von dieser App ab. Schade.
Die App funktioniert super, lässt sich intuitiv einrichten und bedienen und bietet praktische Möglichkeiten wie z.B. das hinzufügen von zusätzlichen Texten auf der Rechnung mit informationen aus Shopify.
Der Support ist außerdem fantastisch. Ein kurzer Kontakt per Mail reicht und man bekommt eine umfassende und optimal funktionierende Lösung präsentiert (sogar maßgefertigte Codebausteine für den Rechnungstext).
Da wird Fachwissen und sehr guter Kundenservice spürbar.
Die App ist ein echter Gamechanger für meine Buchhaltung! Rechnungen und Gutschriften werden automatisch erstellt und direkt an meine Kunden verschickt – das spart enorm viel Zeit und Nerven. Besonders praktisch finde ich die nahtlose Synchronisierung mit Zahlungsanbietern wie PayPal, Klarna oder Shopify Payments. Auch ältere Aufträge lassen sich problemlos importieren, sodass wirklich alles an einem Ort gebündelt ist.
Die automatische GoBD-Konformität gibt mir zusätzlich Sicherheit, dass steuerlich alles passt. Für mich die perfekte Lösung, um Buchhaltung effizient, rechtskonform und stressfrei zu erledigen. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die einen Webshop bei Shopify betreiben.
