really great support and great app
Mein Problem wurde schnell und unkomplieziert gelöst ,super , ich freue mich sehr, vielen Dank

Synchronisierung von Shopify zu Lexoffice funktioniert super und schnell und erleichtert uns jede Menge Arbeit. Der Support ist auch kompetent, fix und freundlich und auch die Youtubevideos sind gut gemacht und helfen beim Einstieg.
Wir nutzen die Schnittstelle seit ca. einem Jahr und sind begeistert, da wir damit nichts zu tun haben ;) Alles läuft reibungslos und automatisiert im Hintergrund.
Ein Problem gab es neulich, das lag aber an Shopify, wie sich gestellt hat, dennoch war der Support erreichbar und äußerst hilftbereit.
Hervorheben möchte ich Michelle, die sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Fehlersuche gegeben hat und Ihr Video als Antwort zu unserer Frage war super hilfreich und leicht zu verstehen.
Ich habe noch nie einen so guten Support erleben dürfen.
Leider hat sich das Preismodell verändert, sodass die Kosten teils höher sind, noch sind wir davon nicht betroffen, aber wenn, verdoppeln sich die Kosten.
Von mir eine klare Empfehlung und wir bleiben weiterhin gerne Kunde :)
Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit der Lexware-App für Shopify! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Support durch Johannes von Eshop Guide. Die schnelle Rückmeldung, die top fachliche Beratung und seine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise haben mich absolut überzeugt. Dank seines vorausschauenden Denkens konnte ich potenzielle Probleme in der Buchhaltung frühzeitig erkennen und vermeiden – ein entscheidender Mehrwert, der mir selbst vermutlich erst viel später aufgefallen wäre.
Dafür gibt es von mir die volle Sternebewertung mit Extra-Plus! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+
