Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App. Dank der intuitiven Bedienung lässt sich die Buchhaltung auch als Laie problemlos erledigen. Zudem bieten die YouTube-Videos von Eshop Guide eine hervorragende Unterstützung. Der Support (in meinem Fall Analena) reagiert schnell auf Anfragen, sodass man nie lange auf eine Lösung warten muss. Ich kann die App und Lexware im Allgemeinen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, die Wahl Lexware zu benutzen war die beste Entscheidung!
Ich bin mit dieser Software äußerst zufrieden. Gestern abends hatte ich ein Übertragungsproblem, schon am nächsten Morgen wurde mir geholfen und ich konnte schnell wieder weiterarbeiten. Danke an das tolle Support Team!!!
Ich hatte einen super Berater namens Simon und das Beste war, dass ich ihn wirklich immer erreichen konnte und nicht bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter noch einmal alles erklären musste. Er hat mir bei allen Fragen kompetent, geduldig und freundlich zur Seite gestanden und meine Probleme umgehend bearbeitet.
