I contacted the customer service from Lianlian pay and didn't get any helpful feedback. I had a simple request about receiving bank payments and the customer service literally redirect me to 4 other person and nobody knew what I was asking for. After I submitted all documents, on the platform it seemed to be approved but then they told me my business type isn't qualified? Seriously? That's ridiculous. I don't think they know what they are doing.
