We have worked for years with data cleaning in Google Sheets to get advanced cohort analysis and LTV calculations for our stores. This is the first time I have seen an app that can do it at the level of our internal data scientist can do and in a format that investors love to see. In addition, @Karri (the founder) is very helpful and responds quickly.
This is the best way to track sales and profits using a single or multiple sales channels through Shopify. Love the clean reports and ease of use, way better than Shopify native reporting.
Don't install the app, after uninstalling the app, your page speed is gonna drop massivly.
Hi,
sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectation. Lifetimely reads data directly from Shopify’s API and doesn’t interact with your storefont/website. Also, per Shopify’s App Store guidelines, Lifetimely stops interacting with your Shopify store when you install.
We’d be happy to assist with any problems you think were generated by installing the app but according to our internal records, this issue wasn’t raised by any customer until this review.

Solid product, fixed my issues after they were brought to their attention. Price is too high for the value provided, though.
Great way to find out your real profits and where you are spending money, and how to grow. If you don't have other options, definitely look at this.
Great app to track ad spend, payment fees, and shipping costs all in one place. Can be very helpful for growing businesses that spend a significant amount on ads.
The Repeat Purchase Rate report has really helped Visionary Pet in terms of what we are doing well and how we can improve.

I have done my own calculations with some success, but this app is SO comprehensive and best of all, it saves me a ton of time. It gives me a lot more information than I could dig up on my own. Well worth the investment.
This is an amazing app. The dashboard has given me so much insights into our customers purchasing behaviour that I didn't know about. I also love that Karri takes the time to explain everything in a call and give such valuable insights for free. Cheers guys!
Karri and the team are absolutely amazing!! I totally recommend this app! Their customer service is second to none. I sent Karri an email because I/we (my cofounder and I) did not fully understand the reports on the app. Well, to make sure that we knew what was going on, he made us a report unique to our business, took time to do a videoconference call to explain the report, and gave us 1 week upgrade to the premium account for free. I cannot say enough about this amazing app and people.
