Super easy to view cohort analysis of my business, and to see lifecycle of customers. Very easy to export relevant lists of customers in order to target them better for retention or re-engagement. Great customer support too.

This is the best app we have found on the Shopify platform -- highly recommended to anyone that has a business based on re-purchases. The learning curve is short and once you get there, there is an incredible amount of rich data. Very reasonable cost -- makes it easy to stay subscribed.

This app is great as we're just starting to dig into it - Karri was phenomenal at explaining all the different tools and making great suggestions to increase lifetime value, and we're already starting to implement some of his suggestions! After trying 3 other profit dashboards, this tool is by far the best. There was a feature I thought was essential and after speaking to their team they added the feature within weeks. Very happy with this tool! Used it for a long time now but only recently took up the customer success offering from Mitchel and it has been brilliant.

Super clean dashboard. Set up is fairly easy as long as you have all your COGS in Shopify or a CSV.
