Customer service is great. I heard this was a useful tool but didn't know how to use it and scheduled a call that lasted almost an hour and learned so much. I highly recommend.

Awesome app that will save us hours of manual work. We used to fill in daily spreadsheets for our sales, product costs, transaction fees, ad spend etc etc. This is all now pulled in automatically without any input from us and we can look at any time frames that we need to. Support is also incredibly responsive and open to requests for new features and Karri in particular is very helpful.

You owe it to your business to check out this product. The product provides great insights on your BEST Products.... What's working- Whats not. and HOW LONG until your customers buy again, and how much ect. Karri also offers a great consultation. (He has a marketing Ecom background- so can provide great insights as well!) TRY IT.

Excellent product and great Customer Support! Surprised for the excellent onboarding process and super-fast customer support resolving issues.

The only disappointment is that they still don't have an integration with Amazon Seller account ... but they told me that the development is work in progress as it's one of the key features demanded by their clients.

Solid, accessible insight into key business metrics and top class customer service. I've been looking for an application that would allow me to provide real time insight to take quick action on and had tried a number of applications. Most were either too cluttered, inconsistent syncing or cumbersome to interrogate. Lifetimely was streamlined, presents the key numbers but also makes it easy to dig deeper. Very impressed with onboarding and customer support from people who actually have strong knowledge of the commercials of ecommerce vs being focused on tickets and cutting and pasting help docs. Strongly recommend

Karri is very knowledgeable about customer cohort analysis. I would highly recommend shop owners schedule the free one-on-one call with him to have an insightful discussion about your business and customer retention tactics.
