We’ve been using Lifetimely for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most valuable tools in our e-commerce stack. The insights into LTV and cohort behavior have completely changed how we look at customer retention and acquisition. The dashboards are intuitive, and the data is both actionable and easy to communicate across teams.
Huge shoutout to Alain, our rep — he’s been phenomenal. Always quick to respond, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. It’s rare to find that level of support these days.
If you care about understanding your customers and driving smarter growth, Lifetimely is a must-have.

This is a review for the lifetimely amazon add on (which is as expensive as the shopify plugin). While the shopify Plugin works quite well, the amazon plugin is just buggy. We are in contact with support for months, they promised they fixed it after we canceled the plan and then being right back at buggy land...
Would be nice to have your analytics in one place, cause the shopify version works quite well, but I think we are going shopping somewhere else...

Lifetimely has been a game-changer for our store’s analytics. The LTV and cohort reporting give us visibility into customer value that Shopify’s native dashboards simply don’t provide. The ability to break down CAC vs. LTV across channels has made our media spend decisions far more data-driven.
The setup was straightforward, the integrations (Shopify, ad platforms, Klaviyo) work seamlessly, and the dashboards are intuitive. Support is responsive and helpful, which makes a huge difference.
If you want to understand your retention and profitability properly, this is the best tool I’ve found. Highly recommended.
