Lifetimely is a very cool and valuable app. I was able to get cohort analysis without having to crunch through hundreds of thousands of rows of spreadsheets. Karri, the founder, went out of his way to deploy performance improvements and took the time to walk me through our data, which was a surprising and awesome value add!

Even better, the co-founder Karri just spent almost an hour on the phone with me showing me the app, giving me great and actionable feedback for how we could use this data to improve our customer journey. I'm so glad I found this app!! It's a total game changer and has really helped me view my business more clearly. We do cash-based accounting so the P&L feature of Lifetimely helps us view the books on an accrual level. I love the daily reports so I can see our exact profit for each day. The lifetime value feature is incredible. I now know how much I'm getting from each customer and how I need to optimize my sales. The repurchase rate feature helped me build out my email flows so I can better optimize returning customers. Honestly, every feature is incredible and on top of all that you get a call with Karri to help utilize the app to the fullest. I 100% recommend this app to anyone needing better insights into their profitability, LTV and repeat customer rate!!
