We have been using Lifetimely for years. We use both ShipStation and ShipBob for shipping, and when a shipment is split between them, the app does not combine shipping costs to provide the actual shipping cost. Our COGS are not accurate anymore, and we are not happy.

This app used to work really well until recently that we've been getting a lot of inaccurate data. Now we need to double check everything which is becoming a problem.

Impossible to get a response from support. App has not worked all trial period, we cannot even view the dashboard.
