Lifetimely LTV & Profit by AMP

I just had a call with Karri to discuss navigating the app and how to best use the features. Hands down this was the best customer support call ever. You can see why the app is so popular given the robust features and usefulness of the info. But more importantly, the support is exemplary. Exactly what I was looking for.

The app itself is great and very affordable. Gives you insights into everything you might need to track to know your day to day numbers. But that’s not the best part about this app. The best is what an incredible team they have. always open to suggestions and moves quickly to resolve issues.

This app holds a treasure of information that is invaluable to every ecom business. It is created clearly by people with a past in and passion for ecom. The data is presented in a very intuitive way, easily understandable for a store owner like me, inexperienced in complex data analysis like this. The take-aways that I have gathered from the different data presentations in the app will definitely benefit the sustainable growth of my business in the future.

This app is SUPER helpful. Shopify only has so much analytics. To be able to quickly install and automatically see key KPI's and stats have been so insightful and helpful with future planning. Definetly recommend it, especially since there is a free trial. The trial only needs to be 20min for anyone to see the value.

This tool has been very helpful for analyzing our Customer Lifetime Value and product performance by purchase (ie what customers are buying as their second and third orders based on their first purchase, which is difficult to determine via Shopify reports directly). Karri provided an in-depth demo with valuable insights. Would definitely recommend!

This app has significantly improved our ability to more deeply understand our sales, costs and KPIs. I love that the app pulls in real costs from ad spends, Shopify fees and that you can easily upload real shipping costs via CSV files. The income statement is a slick dashboard with great graphics that easily allows you to see sales and specific costs at glance and for any chosen time period. The cohort analysis and LTV data has really helped us understand how much we can pay for a client and how long it takes to recover what we spend for each client. The team at Lifetimely is always super helpful and responsive to any questions or problems we have. We use this app daily. It's definitely one of the most useful and easy to use tools we have. This app has provided us with what consultants haven't been able to for over 2 years. Visualization and dynamic updating that is on par or better than Power BI. So happy that Lifetimely exists and thankful to Karri for providing absolutely exceptional customer service thus far.

I have tried a few apps that provide information about your data. This is by far the best one and well worth the money. If you are going to buy ads you need to know your budget. This allows us to easily look at the data and make accurate educated decisions for our advertising budget. I set up a call with Karri and he went through our data and provided great actionable insight. I highly recommend this app.

I downloaded this app to get better data than what Shopify analytics was giving me, and it turned out this app had exactly what I needed and allows me to optimize based off of accurate data instead of some of the other bad pieces of data I was using.
