Lifetimely LTV & Profit by AMP

very good app, good support too

2020: Hands down the best analytical app out there. Super insightful and knowledgable founders. I almost don't want anyone else using this app because it is that good :)

2025 Update: unfortunately they were bought out. Still functional but had the email reports go down twice in the last two weeks. Starting to feel like it's overpriced for what you're getting.

Lifetimely has become our most important app in regards to tracking profit vs loss for our retail website. Now that revenue tracking by source is so far from accurate, even with server side tracking and first party pixels, this is the only 100% accurate source of truth. We know what we spent on ads, apps, and agencies, and we know what our revenue on Shopify is, now we can add in all our other operating costs to get a clear picture on profits. This allows us to make realtime, data based decisions.

On top of that, the support team at Lifetimely are amazing. Amar has been the support member that has helped us on multiple occasions and they are awesome! Fast with replies, and very knowledgeable, and an all around pleasure to work with.

Amazing product to calculate LTV. We use lifetimely to calculate our lifetime value. As well as our lifetime margin. It's made in products to understand the payback period of our customers versus using a spreadsheet. In two clicks in less than 10 seconds you can see exactly how long your payback period on your customers. Allowing you to make real-time marketing decisions around to spend. We use the manual import function to input our marketing spend and this allows us to accurately predict the exact payback date of every customer which allows us to protect our cash flows. The support is amazing and they will help you all the way. 1000% recommend

After trying 3 other profit dashboards, this tool is by far the best. There was a feature I thought was essential and after speaking to their team they added the feature within weeks. Very happy with this tool! Used it for a long time now but only recently took up the customer success offering from Mitchel and it has been brilliant.

Impossible to get a response from support. App has not worked all trial period, we cannot even view the dashboard.

There's no other app that lets me keep track of payback periods by cohort as well as Lifetimely!
