A lot of interesting data, and a great onboarding with Karri, which is nice and knows his product well and is a real marketer. He was also very honest about the different data caveat which was also cool and giving some perspective. Worth trying for sure!
Overpriced for what it is. Very basic and slow. We would recommend using Triple Whale. 100x better. Do not waste your money on Lifetimely.
I'm deeply sorry about your bad experience. Unfortunately, it seems that the point of this review is to plug another app's name on top of legit 300+ 5-star reviews:
- Based on our internal analytics TheCustomGoodsCo never reached out to Lifetimely support or tried the app’s functionalities
- The only app events we can see are install and uninstall without testing the PRO plan’s free trial

Great app, easy to use! I spoke with Karrie who helped us truly understand the power of their app! I would definitely recommend it
Pretty poor app overall. Expensive and slow. Buggy. Triple Whale is a lot better so we moved to them. Lifetimely team are also unresponsive.

Incredible tool. Founder spent an hour with me on a zoom walking me through the different features of the app. Very helpful. I can't wait to dig in to the data! 5 stars so far.
Incredible breakdown by cohorts and easy to digest data, I've used Lifetimely as part of my core stack for over 20+ Shopify brands I look after and nothing comes close to ease of use, price and support / input from the team.
Lifetimely is a very cool and valuable app. I was able to get cohort analysis without having to crunch through hundreds of thousands of rows of spreadsheets. Karri, the founder, went out of his way to deploy performance improvements and took the time to walk me through our data, which was a surprising and awesome value add!
Very user friendly. Great introductory call to answer questions. Just started using the app but so far so good.
