Impossible to get a response from support. App has not worked all trial period, we cannot even view the dashboard.

Amazing app that brings together data in a really easy to understand way. If you are tracking new and repeat customers with a focus on lifetime value then this is a must.
Also Amar in customer service worked really hard to get the dev team to push through a feature for us, extremely communicative and efficient.
Very quick and professional help to fix our issue
Despite not being a number-crunching guy, I truly enjoy playing around with the app. I am impressed at how Lifetimely transfers raw data into intelligible graphs and charts, that intuitively spark reflexion on how and where to improve the business. Support is excellent too. Well done guys!

I can't recommend this app enough as it would benefit every eComm store to have it installed and review the data often.
We love Lifetimely! The app is user friendly and it's so nice to have all things LTV in one place. The Lifetimely team (shoutout Mitchel!) is always quick to answer any questions or even jump on a meeting to talk It through. Highly recommend!

thanks for the feedback here. Current customers had no changes in price so your subscription cost was the same.
We can appreciate the $15/month increase if you were to upgrade to a new plan but it would include all features. The previous entry level plan you had selected only include Profit & Loss where as all new plans include all features.

Downgraded my plan during the free trial, but ended up getting charged for the most expensive payment plan.
Their weighted LTV is also very inaccurate. I wouldn't recommend using this app considering that they charge money despite us choosing a different plan.
Hi,
we appreciate the disappointment here. Charges are done automatically by Shopify when your trial is over and the only thing Lifetimely can do is refund. This refunded was issued 1 day after your account was charged and just a couple of hours after you reached out about it.
We also reached out to chat more about and clarify how weighted LTV seemed inaccurate for you but didn't get a reply.
Happy to offer an extended trial and 1:1 conversation with someone on the team whenever/if you're willing to give this another try!
There's no other app that lets me keep track of payback periods by cohort as well as Lifetimely!
