This app is OUTSTANDING! Finally an app that allows you to fully understand your business analytics.
I used this app to access data from my ReCharge - Shopify integration so I can understand the LTV of my customers and how long it will take to break even. Great customer support! Recommended.
Their support team, particularly Amar, has been a great help. All questions were answered immediately. Will definitely recommend Lifetimely. The platform is user-friendly. The dashboard is a great help in looking at our sales data in one go.

We have a lot of customizations and different sales channels flowing into our storefront, so it was critical for us to find a Lifetime Value App that enabled us to filter and sort to meet our business needs. Lifetimely excels at this and their onboarding / training was very helpful to get us started on the right foot. They are also open to new development ideas and are continually improving their app. Highly recommend!
There aren't very many Shopify apps out there up to this level of quality. The developer behind this app has extensive eCommerce experience, as well as serious development skills.
The result is an app that does complex calculations and outputs valuable easy to understand information about your store customers and allows you to make important decisions to drive your business strategy.
If you want to take your store to the next level, Lifetimely is a key app that will get you there.
This app is amazing. As a startup, it has been hard to get quantifiable data in order to make better decisions. Lifetimely provides us accurate LTV and profit metrics that are easy to understand and even easier to act on.
Their customer support is A+. One of the founders took the time to go over the platform with us for about an hour and give us all the inside information on how everything works.

Unbelievable insight into our business with nearly zero effort. I literally set up the app in-between meetings in less than 5 minutes. And in that time, we revealed critical, accurate LTV metrics that we can trust. This alone will drive, well, our entire business strategy. The value of this app is simply insane. Honestly, Shopify store owners would be downright foolish to not use it.
I had the privilege of speaking with one of the founders, Karri. The guy knows his stuff when it comes to scaling online businesses. He was able to share strategies and lessons learned from his past career as well as from what Lifetimely sees across its client base. Point is, it's clear that the app is built with helping businesses succeed at its core. It's not built purely from an "oh, that'd be interesting to see" nerdy perspective—which a lot of business intelligence software suffers from. I appreciate that.
I look forward to growing our business alongside Lifetimely and am excited to see how the platform continues to get even better.
Great tool but calculates LTV wrong. I love all the different ways and plug ins but currently it doesn't let you calculate LTV on a cohort basis on a Contribution Margin 2 point of view, this is how most investors look at it so you will burn your hand presenting any of the Sales or Gross Margin LTV tables. Basically the Gross Margin LTV table does it on Total Sales not Net Sales so it includes Tax/Vat which makes no sense. They do have a Net sales table which we had to use to work it out ourselves on a CM2 level. Kinda strange they would have this wrong. Rest pretty good and customer service fast / helpful (and agreed with us on the above point).
Hey, seems that there's a misunderstanding here. The gross margin metric on Lifetimely's LTV report is after taxes and has always been since 2019 when we launched the app. As you stated, it's useless if it's not based on net sales.
