LC is constantly upgrading the UI/UX and the team also sets up basic automations for you, both of which are much appreciated.

Requesting the team to make every aspect of the LC bot a no code tool so it's easier to control from the front end.

The support team was very efficient in handling our issues and due to their diligence, we settled most of them without any further problems. They are also patient in assisting us in putting up the list of common questions/answers so that our chatbot can function smoothly. Overall their services and quick response were the best!
