The limechat app is good, smooth, team is helpful. It is an all in one solution for customer support
The initial bot support encourages customer interaction until the agents get connected. Promotional side is good only if one actively engages in it(Broadcast,abandoned cart recovery or customer retention), it can bring in adequate ROI.
The accounts team is slow with replies and payment update.
Our trainer Ananya has shown more responsibility and solved issues when concerned teams are not responding
We have been working with LimeChat for almost a year and it has been an amazing experience. The onboarding process, enabling the bot and setting up customer support on Limechat was smooth. They always come up with new/problem-solving features to bridge the gap between the customer and the business. We have been able to solve queries instantly with our automated bot responses, our CSAT score has also improved. The catalogue is also working well. We have an overall report of our agent's performance also- resolve time, first response etc. Overall it's been an amazing experience, the LimeChat support team always answers and resolves our queries in real-time.
