Really enjoying the app. Very professional looking. Does what it says and works. Customer service responds quickly and efficiently. They will even help with customization to fit your specific layout and color scheme. Instant messaging makes getting answers to questions seamless and easy. Great product!
This is a great app. The app is really easy to install and customise, although it would benefit I think from some additional customisation features in the dashboard (I understand this will be considered in later releases). The app selects "Related products" that really are related in some way. Its quite amazing. "Recently viewed products" are great to show on collection pages and checkout pages to enable customers to easily go back to a product they have seen before. We have set up "Trending Products" on the home page, which reflect products that potential customers are currently viewing the most. I haven't tried "top picks for you" yet but I am looking forward to that. The customer service was very responsive and excellent. They customized the look of the recommendations for us. It was overwhelming right after downloading the app but I was able to chat with someone right away and he was able to explain to me how it worked. In a few minutes, I was able to work on the website and add bundles and boxes.
Yes, our app has a lot of advanced customizations, but we are always here to help walk you through it or make the changes you request. Your product bundle recommendations look great!
Great company and great support. Would highly recommend if you are trying to improve your AOV and conversion rates throughout your store.

The support team is helpful in resolving my problem. The new PAYG plan is more fair in terms of charging us based on the real sales driven by the app. Will continue to review how this app is doing for the store.

Here are my four honest, no BS reasons why I am using Limespot:
1) You can turn literally every page of your site into a conversion funnel (even 404 page LOL)
2) You have lots and lots of customization options according to your personal preferences, without the need for coding knowledge.
3) The customer support is extremely helpful. I got 4 personalized requests solved in under 20 minutes. Special thanks to Frederick for that! :)
4) They don't charge you unless you are making sales!
