The "greatest" app in the world isn't worth a darn thing without good support. Personalizer is clearly a very complex app and what makes it *really* great is the *really* great support. They bend over backwards to address your needs and one time they got something completed for me before I even had the chance to actually ask for it.

Michelle has been really helpful in fixing a glitch that caused the recommendation boxes to be pushed up and quickly removed the error messages that showed up on product/collection pages.

The Personalizer may not be the easiest to use, but the support team has been great in responding to requests for help!

Popular items, you may like and just reviewed. It help buyers to easily relocate the items and make the shopping experience smoother.
The support team is really responsive as well, when it requires place code to the website, it is better if the experts to help set it up.
When I had hard time to place the code, they offered help and help me solve the problem right away.
