The "greatest" app in the world isn't worth a darn thing without good support. Personalizer is clearly a very complex app and what makes it *really* great is the *really* great support. They bend over backwards to address your needs and one time they got something completed for me before I even had the chance to actually ask for it.

Michelle has been really helpful in fixing a glitch that caused the recommendation boxes to be pushed up and quickly removed the error messages that showed up on product/collection pages.
The Personalizer may not be the easiest to use, but the support team has been great in responding to requests for help!

Customer service, integration, display, solution all top notch. This is coming from someone who was paying upward to 900$ a month for SLI solution - granted it has search and recommendation bundled but still a bargain.

The support team is really responsive as well, when it requires place code to the website, it is better if the experts to help set it up.

The support team is helpful in resolving my problem. The new PAYG plan is more fair in terms of charging us based on the real sales driven by the app. Will continue to review how this app is doing for the store.
