The app gets pretty pricey once you start bringing in a lot of revenue as they take a percentage of the sales that the app generates for you.
That being said, there isn't a better app on the market for what we use it for. It gives great targeted recommendations, and the support has been really good when we need any help. Cross selling individual products is also a breeze, which was the main reason we got this app in the first place. All the extra widgets it has are just a bonus. We have used this app for a couple years now and have been fully satisfied.

Not only is this a great app that performs exactly as it claims to do, the customer support is also superb. We needed some customisation and found the support to be very quick and helpful. Our requests were also implemented perfectly. Excellent all round. Highly recommend.

Very cool app.
It's a little difficult to use at first, you have to spend time in there. For example to turn off sections that you don't want to show there's no delete button so you have to search through all the settings until you find the off switch.
But customer support was great and Leo was really helpful helping me with margin issues!

This app works really well. And the suggestions they give on best practices boosted my conversion through the app by 10%! Also, the customers service is spot on. They resolved an issue of the app not appearing on the same day. Great all round!
