Brilliant app, easy to install and 5 star app support from Eric! ... I requested that they change the colour of the sale icon to blend with the theme and they responded within hours and had it done right away. Related products, recently viewed, popular products and trending products works flawlessly, it's amazing that it's a free app!

Excellent App. The " Most Popular Items" and the "Recently Viewed" feature is very good, as is the Related Items on the Product pages. I find the feature much more sophisticated than the similar built in feature that comes with most of the Shopify Themes, There are many ways to "tweak" which products are recommended and which appear in the most popular section which is great for Up Sell and Cross Sell opportunities, however a little bit more technical skills are required to figure out all of these settings! All I do know is that my sales have increased as a result of using the most basic features of this App. I am excited to see an even greater increase when I am able to figure out the more advanced features :-)

This works really great! I can't imagine having a store without it. Easy to implement, easy to use dashboard. A must have for e-commerce!

I have loved this app up until the point where the recommendations loaded before our collections distorting our shop view totally. When I contacted the Lime Spot support team about the issue they implemented bugs on my shopify store destroying all links on the product pages including the ADD TO CART button!! Hours spent with Shopify support and 5 days not being able to sell as nobody could use the Add to Cart button.... Still discovering additional damage as they also changed my blog page and you guessed it, none of the links work anymore....

I have upgraded from a previous 1* review to a 3* review for the personal support provided in the last week. The team at Limespot have been responsive and also fixed the last remaining issues implemented on my store 12 months ago and refunded some of the fees paid. These actions were appreciated as a gesture of goodwill and that they are a company which takes responsibility for mistakes made. Ryanna from their team has been especially supportive, thank you!
I wished all this would have happened a bit earlier though, a shame really as they seem to be a motivated team!

I was struggling to find a way to organize some of the features on my site the way I wanted to after installing the app. I reached out to the customer support by messaging directly from the website and got an instantly reply from Leo, who is one of their customer support team members.
