I used this app for product recommendation like in Amazon. I really liked their pay per sale business model. I wish they continue and I will try their new monthly subscription with google ads campaign.

The best support experience I have had in a long time. I use Limespot to cross-sell products and upsell upon checkout. The usability and features are well thought out. It has really improved our ability to cross-sell products. I could not figure out how to do something and tech support immediately responded and did it for me as well as taught me how to do it. Love these guys. Tested out a couple product personalization apps. The WYSIWYG settings builder and configuration tool made it super easy to do what we wanted. Plus, when I ran into issues, the support team was more responsive than any other support team I have ever worked with in the Shopify App store.

I was quite confused by the mechanics of the app at first, but your support people were very helpful, and their responses were timely. After you guided me through a few things and sending me relevant articles, I now understand much better. In fact I was able to set it up pretty much the way I wanted. You even listened to a suggestion I had for offering discounts right from the upsell items on the cart page. You said you were actually working on that, so bravo!
The system is spot on with recommendations and our customers love it. The backend is easy to set up.

Just downloaded the app. Have no idea if it'll be effective yet or not, but the customer support so far has been outstanding! I had some problems installing, so I emailed them at 7 pm at night and got a reply from Michelle within 5 minutes, and it was all taken care of with 30 minutes! Super impressed - thanks Michelle!
