Great app and even better support. Anytime I've had a question or needed help, their customer service has been responsive and incredibly helpful. With my latest support experience, they were even proactive in suggesting the implementation of their latest upgrade. After the go-ahead, they did the upgrade for me, which is great, as my time is limited to handle these types of tasks. Thanks again!!

The best support experience I have had in a long time. I use Limespot to cross-sell products and upsell upon checkout. The usability and features are well thought out. It has really improved our ability to cross-sell products. I could not figure out how to do something and tech support immediately responded and did it for me as well as taught me how to do it. We are using LimeSpot apps for a couple of years now and we recommend them to all online shops owners. They have great support, easy to use API and great impact on our revenue.

The app gets pretty pricey once you start bringing in a lot of revenue as they take a percentage of the sales that the app generates for you.
That being said, there isn't a better app on the market for what we use it for. It gives great targeted recommendations, and the support has been really good when we need any help. Cross selling individual products is also a breeze, which was the main reason we got this app in the first place. All the extra widgets it has are just a bonus. We have used this app for a couple years now and have been fully satisfied.
