App has no tutorial. Help files are not up-to-date. The support is terrible, never really gives a straightforward answer.
The app looks more promising that really is.
Awesome APP, I will call it a must have. Posed problems like 3 months ago but now it loads quick and keeps things smooth.
Only problem I saw was that when it shows products in its specific categories those do not have after sale prices instead they are the compare to prices

This app works great, was using a manual app before that took a lot of time to keep updated (plus this app does a better job of selecting the best products anyway). The support staff are also very helpful, highly recommend

This app has science behind the scene!
Logical calculations, and items selected with SALES in mind when selected for display.
If you pay only for this mathematics calculations and logical algorithms! You Win.
Anything else can be adjusted and modified, from design, to options, features, etc
But the only thing that matters to conversion rates! How this will make the customer click on suggested items and keep clicking!
(like what you have seen with most shoppers doing in amazon )...., this is the game! And this app doing it perfectly.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS COMPANY WILL HARASS YOU WITH EMAILS THROUGHOUT YOUR TRAIL PERIOD WHICH IS A COMPLETE TURN OFF. WHEN YOU REQUEST TO HAVE THEM STOP EMAILING YOU, THEY SAY NO - RYANNA AND THEIR SUPPORT TEAM DO NOT PROVIDE YOU ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD PREFER TO HARASS YOU SO YOU CAN PAY FOR THEIR PRODUCT. I HAVE NO INTENTION ON PAYING FOR THIS APP AFTER MY TRIAL AND INSTEAD USING A DIFFERENT APP BASED OFF RYANNA TELLING ME SHE WOULD NOT STOP SENDING ME EMAILS. HOW TACKY CAN A COMPANY BE? TASTELESS WHICH COMPLETELY TRUMPS WHAT THEIR APP DOES. I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.
We would have been very happy with this App, if it was not full of bugs, the support not completely absent, and if they were not trying in every way to get a cut of your sales without actually doing anything.
■ The good things first: their product presentation actually is better than the one we had before for suggestions.
■ The bugs: their similar product recommendations are shown in a carousel which, if the navigation arrows are clicked, redirects to a 404 page. Wonderful shopper experience.
■ The absent support: We sent 2 different messages to notify them of this issue but got no response in a week.
■ The "trying to catch some of your revenue without doing anything": The support was prompt to contact us instead to recommend some "improvements" they made, where they would replace the product listings on our website with their listings every time they could (with their buggy experience), so that they can take a cut on our sales since all sales have to go through their product listing.
Incrediblely fast support! I was request to modify app's Ui to match my store's theme and Federick reply & done it in 2 hours!
Great App & Support! Highly recommended!
It's a good app. I would recommend. It's just not for me. There are a few extra features I would like. E.g. a simple minimalist theme (like no pictures and just text for example), and the frequently bought box, just doesn't visually fit with my particular store. Plus it doesn't look like it sums up the product costs in the frequently bought box. All these are specific to my particular store. You may not need these extra features. So it may be the app for you.
