This App is awesome, does what it said and more. Their support is fast and nicely. You won't regret to install it.
I love this app and what it's done for my website to make it look and feel more professional. I had a few problems with personalising to start with but the customer service is outstanding and all sorted.

Excellent customer care so far...installed the app and asked for the team to update the app to match our theme. Frederick reached out within an hour & completed every tweak almost within minutes of asking. So to cut a long story short the App is now fully integrated into our site and we can monitor the performance less than 24hours after install.

But truly, this app and the limespot team are great.
Apps always need to have a great customer support team for customization and what not and this app has exactly that.
Fast responding team (within a day) that know what they're doing in terms of coding.

This apps certainly works wonders. You pay only if a sale is made from their recommendations. A substantial increase in upsells and average turnover per customer.
Manual service is good, but product recommendations can't directly let me add/remove products or sort

I had an issue with the default theme, used the free in-chat app, and got amazingly fast and helpful service. Michael helped me fix a very small tweak (fixing the alignment of a header box) that makes my store look amazing!
He and I were emailing back and forth for over a WEEK and he finally got the problem fixed!! Unbelievable customer service. Michael is the man!
