I've had limespot for over a year now, and they're proactive with what they think will help my website, super responsive on email, and best of all they're fast. I worked with different folks on their team and they're all super nice. 10/10 recommend.

With so many apps to sort through it can be difficult to really determine which ones are the must-have additions to your store. We have tested numerous set-ups and companies over 24 months have finally narrowed it down to what we think are right additions. Limespot Personalizer fits the bill as one technology you should consider.

If you are on the fence about adding LS, read on and I’ll be happy to share the top-level reasons why you can rest assured.

About three months ago we were migrating to a completely new theme and V3 for Sexyshoes.com. We were focused on three key components; Drag on speed, Service/Support, and simplicity of use with desired results.

After testing on our beta site, we were able to confirm the JS and speed drags were minimal, if even barely noticeable. There are never any gyrations in response times either which indicated a stable consistent response time to result the sliders into our store. Page speed scores were not penalized, and we decided to moved forward to the next point on the checklist.

Support is where this company really shines. I must say we are not an easy customer and require our partners to provide a high level of expertise, knowledge, and support. Michelle was outstanding and was there every step of the way. Not just by tickets/email; we are talking scheduled phone calls, testing on the beta site, and ultimately right through the live tests within our schedule to avoid significant customer interruptions.

She was able to take our mock ups and create a matching feel to our theme that is top notch and exactly to the specifications we designed. Michelle was also there through over 50 emails and a month of ramp up. Their customer support alone would be a reason to pull the trigger.

What’s the result here though?

Since we don’t incorporate variant colors within the same product, we wanted a solution which would allow for the other colors to be shown as sliders on product pages, as well as suggested items to increase sales.

The algorithm they use to accomplishes this well. With little time on our end, the app almost always nails it on getting the customer to see the other variations, which accomplishes a lot if you prefer to show your products individually within collection pages, as we do.

The recently viewed sliders are a must have and no brainer, but the various options and set ups to show similar items, trending, upselling, etc. via numerous sliders works logically with very little time.

The system learns your products quickly and presents what you want the customers to see, creating a method to show more of your products in a way that increases overall revenue of the store.

To that end, the million-dollar question would be what kind of impact does this app really make?

For us we have enjoyed a 22% increase in sales directly related to this app. So, the claims are true! If you want to increase your business by similar amounts, or if not greater numbers (we limit the number of sliders for our particular set up), then give the company a go. You will not be disappointed in your decision.
