We have reached out to Limespot support severally to fix the ambiguous recommendations they placed on top of our collection pages, which has been affecting the load time and are driving away our customers and hurting conversions - thereby wasting our ad budget.
There has been no response after series of emails to Limespot.
Kindly fix this issue ASAP and Make sure you don't charge us for this app as it has DONE MORE HARM THAN GOOD in our campaigns. And if you have charged, kindly reverse any such charge asap and fix this issue we have been writing you for and you have pretended not to have seen it!
