Wyvern's Hoard

Charged me over a THOUSAND dollars in ONE month of use. I'd started with Limespot a few years' back when the fees were around $20+. It eventually grew to $150 to $200 a month which I had already thought was a lot, especially since I don't fully trust their analytics. But I noticed a small percentage of customers adding items which I wasn't advertising and figured the extra sales would cover that fee. Checked my bill recently and was shocked to find that I was charged $1159 in December alone. For reference, my bill in November, with Black Friday Weekend, was $161. There was no notification that the pricing model had changed or that my bill was approaching that level. I logged into the app to try to check on the analytics and couldn't even get in. The app had made it such that I had to select a new subscription plan to continue to my Dashboard, but the plans wouldn't even load on the screen for me to select. So I couldn't even check the data behind those charges nor change the plan. At this point the app is simply too expensive and not worth the extra sales. Much less customers are adding extra items recently, which tells me the extra sales were likely due to the holiday shopping season. Will be removing Limespot from my store once I can make sure that the removal of their recommendation boxes won't screw up my site layout.

I have used the App for a while now and was so surprised to see the amount they were charging based on my stores revenue. I have written to support a few times now, and all I get is a link to change my plan since my store was apparently on the old structure? I have tried doing this and it still doesn't work. No help from Support with this matter and I am very disappointed since I have been using the app for many years. I have removed it as I don't want to pay for something that isn't working for me at this moment.
