Support has not reached to me after waiting almost a week. uninstalling the app. I will contact them again to see if the will reach out to me then I will edit my review.

I have used multiple apps on multiple different Shopify stores and this is easily one of the best I have found. Please respond. I've been trying to reach your customer service and I've not heard anything yet.

Question #1: I'm not able to login to my Android App using my password. And I got an confirmation email saying that the password is set. And still not able to login.

Question #2: Is there any link that I can put on my shop to let the customers visit like a contact us page? or is this app only and just working in an customer email?

Question #3: Can customers just request a return then the seller make can respond to it e.g. Customer can request a return and we can send the return labels to the customers.

This app is Amazing! Granted it could have a few more features and I hope a paid option will include these as this app is one of the best on Shopify, above all its FREE.

If this could integrate for me to remove Zendesk and all my emails came to the app and a way to integrate Royal Mail for returns this would truly be the best app on Shopify.

Love the emails it designs, the user friendly process and I'm confident my customers will love it too!



Great idea and makes our orders look very professional. Cant wait til we can communicate with our customers via their iphone app when its made available. So far so good!


Great App it is very useful and very easy to use


Like the app. Well integrated unless it gets confused with manual fulfilment. If you use service like shippo for all of your shipments and you send fulfilment emails/notifications, then linc works great; as soon as you manually fulfill order it gets confused and it send customer email that the order is still not fulfilled. I had to explain this to customer and give her a discount on next order as she felt misled.
Other than that I have not used the android app yet, instead I did it through my desktop mail client (conversing with customers that is). This is my only pet peeve though.
