Edited review: so their 'human' support was good in the end and did help me resolve my issue.
But I still find it very frustrating having to deal with an AI chatbot (with all their hallucinations) before being able to speak with someone in the support team.
Saved us literally hours of work every week!
LMB has massively streamlined our incoming payment reconciliation process, taking a manual process that used to take us hours to one that is done at the click of a button. The customer service team are very friendly and helpful too

Really easy to install and work with all my channels like Shopify, Amazon, Ebay etc. It has saved me so much time and the bonus that its cheaper than other apps on the market that are over priced and do the same job.

The customer service and support I have always received from Link My Books has undoubtedly been the best! They are quick to respond and go above and beyond to help you resolve any questions and assist with the setup to ensure your finances are accurately up to date (Daniel even recorded a video for me to understand how my account was being set up). The work this app does as a link between my online stores and Xero is a game changer. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a system to properly organize their finances for both Etsy and Shopify, as the reports can be complicated to understand otherwise. The Link My Books team has been incredibly responsive and helpful with all my queries. They quickly investigated and resolved issues related to small negative settlement balances rolled over by Amazon, as well as missing PayPal settlements.

Link My Books is beyond fantastic, we can't recommend it enough. We have been incredibly impressed with the platform and how easily it has integrated between our Shopify-Xero accounting set-up. It has simplified the process of breaking down of our Shopify payouts, something that used to take us a lot of time is now just one click. Hugely recommend!

Fantastic service, very efficient app. Scales well and the staff are knowledgeable. Syncing with QBO has worked very well, and having tried a few solutions this is the most comprehensive. It also works well in the UK which often this kind of app does not. All round 5/5
