Not only is this app terrible, but the support is even worse. I was told I dont qualify for the app but there was no rhyme or reason as to why. When I asked for clarify, it took months and several emails from me to prompt the support team to investigate. Each time I reached out, the individual did not have my information or reason for my outreach. I had to repeat my concerns several times and until today never received any clarity as to why I dont qualify. Not a good app and not a good support centre. Do not bother with this one.

I've been at this for months and still no help. I told countless agent that my submission is rejected and they don't know how to fix it. I got several messages and emails that they are going to forward it up to higher management but still as of today 6/30/2025 from the last email 04/30/2025 no help. I paid for a subscription and I can't use my service with Shopify because the submission is still rejected from 04/30/2025. Thanks to your lack of help and customer service. I should be able to talk to a live person that knows how to help me and not AI.

i pay for a service with all the needed legal avenues in place. however a week later, i still cant use this service. both linktree and shopify blaming the other website. truly dissatisfied with my experience
