The whole team has been a pleasure to work with! I have mainly spoken with Guy and Tal, and both are very friendly and responsive! Whenever we had any issues or needed help, they were always there and able to get it fixed or show us how to do it quickly! We switched over to them from another company and it has been amazing! They even did a custom job for us to help the app work even better for us. I very much recommend this app to businesses large and small!

We've only been using the app for three months. And it has already made our work three times easier :) And this despite the fact that we use less than 50% of the potential.
Excellent support. Our suggestions were heard and quickly appeared in the latest update.

We are a UK based company and have been looking for a delivery app that manages all our local deliveries and notify' s customers throughout the process, we have tried a few different apps but this wins hands down, really easy to use and the support team are fantastic, i have had 2 x 30 minute meetings to streamline everything to how we want it and we are good to go. would highly recommend this app, thank you Lionwheel :) !!!!

Fast support and very nice interface

I'm a small florist who moved to LionWheel from an expensive florist based POS with integrated local delivery. This app saves us a TON of time on busy days routing different drivers. My customers like the proof of delivery photo, a huge deal in my industry. Support has been immediate and all our questions are 100% addressed. Pricing is competitive and the total time spent using the app is far less than other local delivery apps we tested.

Easy to use and customer service is faster even with the free version! the SMS are sent to all my customers. Please notice you cant exceed the sms/deliveries of your free plan so you account doesnt get blocked, but If it happen to you the customer service will kindly unblock it.

We switched from Shopify‘s local delivery to LionWheel in November 2022. We’re extremely satisfied with that decision. My favorite feature is zones. Oh my god that saves us a ton of time. All of our orders regardless, if they’re Facebook, Apple Pay, it doesn’t matter. They all show up in the driver’s app automatically because of Zones. That was a big deal since most of our customers have switched to using expedited checkout which doesn’t support Shopify‘s local delivery.

Tal and the team at Lion Wheel have been so kind and easy to work with. We started using the app during the pandemic and have been using it as we grow. It's fairly easy to use and the app allows you to take photos or signatures and send text messages which is super helpful.

For the past few months, I've been using this Lionwheel app and its effectiveness and user-friendliness are simply astounding. Great customer support , 1:1 onboarding, SMS notifications , Route optimization with AI thats crazy feature !, easy to setup and use the platform, save us ton of time. Friendly drivers app. A+++

LionWheel made our delivery workflow very smooth. We can plan our deliveries ahead of time and track where our driver is. I wish we had started earlier with this app! It's so much easier!
