After inkfrog shut down, I had to find another app. This one syncs orders almost immediately. The customer service is top notch. I'm still getting used to it, but overall I recommend it. Syncing with already existing ebay listings was made fairly easy.

Am Anfang wurden unsere Artikel ohne Template übertragen. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Support wurde seitens von dem Support unser eigenes Template hinterlegt. Super! Vielen Dank!

Very good app with great support from Timo! We switched from Inkfrog to this app after Wix decided to shut down Inkfrog and we could not be happier. 5 stars and even faster sync between Shopify and eBay than for example Inkfrog. Only thing I miss is user controlled description templates but the support team will help you to add one default and they have user-controlled description template on their to-do list. :) Recommended!

You’re absolutely right about the description templates. it’s already on our roadmap, and we’re working towards giving you more control there. In the meantime, we’re happy to help set up a default that fits your needs.
