eBay Sync LionzApps

I had a flawless experience with this app.

I had thousands of listings to upload to eBay, each with multiple variants.
While other apps where struggling with this for one reason or another here I was able to upload everything in about 10 mouse clicks and few hours of waiting.

Process was very pleasant and simple, all menus self explanatory.

Tags and categories from Shopify did not upload, this was easy fix for me, but keep this in mind in case it might be difficult to sort your products by name. App allows adding one category to the listings but I did not test it myself.

Some of my listing names were cut short due to eBay character limit. This is eBay limitation, I am mentioning this just because app did not break even when my titles were unsuitable for eBay, it is a good thing.

All of it for a very cheap and clearly communicated price. It was refreshing to see after experiences with other apps that try to nickel and dime everything they can possibly think of in most obscure ways possible.

I only tested exporting listings to eBay so far, but all other options functions are looking just as attractive. Huge thanks to development team!

Very good app, so easy to sync our collections to ebay from Shopify. Had a glitch but was resolved instantly via support (Timo). I wanted an app that allowed me to control all orders from Shopify and did that perfectly. Also had 2 orders instantly.

I was looking for a simple no fuss program that would import orders from ebay to shopify and update the inventory. Job Done and for a reasonable price.

Without a doubt the BEST customer service I have ever had from a Shopify app.

We had used one of Timo's competitors for over 3 years and had nothing but problems and bad customer service but this year, BLACK FRIDAY WEEK! We said we had enough and moved to Timo and his Ebay Sync LionzApps system and I am so glad we did.

From moment one, great communication, he added new features as we asked for them. Discussed everything before doing things, helped us improve systems and I like to think we helped him improve his app along the way.

I think the best feedback I can give it that I have recommended it to our friend and neighbour who has his own Shopify store and eBAy page and also to others in our industry.

I am not saying the app is faultless, the odd small error occurs, but we have 8,500 individual listings and 48,000 items in stock so we are an extreme case, but when these small issues have happened, morning, noon or night, Timo replies to emails and jumps to action to see what has happen and fix it.
I don't expect tech to be 100% perfect, it sadly never is, but the customer service goes a seriously long way to making it perfect.

So to conclude, I cannot recommend this app enough. If you have an eBay and Shopify store and need to match up your stock, then this app is for you!
