eBay Sync LionzApps

Absolutely the best eBay sync app we've used to date. We've tried several other big named ones before. The semi-private BinderPOS sync and the renamed Codisto app (now called Marketplace Connect). Both had significant sync issues where we'd oversell product on eBay that we had sold in store days prior. Those app developers had tickets of ours (and others) open for literal months without resolutions. That led us to seek out an alternative. After trying a few other eBay sync apps which didn't support our needs (or were insanely priced), we ran across Lionz and gave it a try.

Our inventory has well over 300,000 skus at this point, with thousands more added every month (joys of running a tabletop game store that carries a wide range of trading card games). Lionz wasn't built for this when we first installed and tried it, but the best part about Lionz is the app developer who responded to our questions promptly, and implemented the features we needed as we discussed them. Sometimes same day! If I could give a 100 star rating for this app, I would.

It still has some user interface improvements we are helping to work on, but at this point, it's a fully functioning app that actually works for a great price. The remaining UI improvements should be wrapped up shortly.

After having huge problems with a other app we used for several years we found this app and the app and the support setting it up was absolutely incredible. Wish I had found this app earlier, could have saved a lot of money and also a lot of time getting frustrated with the other app. Started trying this app with our smaller shop and will now roll out to the other shop. This app is by far the best of all of the ebay sync apps we tried in the last few weeks. Easy to setup, incredible support, fast and easy to use. Loving it!!!

Best app option for eBay product syncing with Shopify!

Timo & team did a great job with a requested code tweak. They were patient with me on their support and we worked through the options for the modifications. Looking forward to this app increasing sales volumes by automating the eBay connection.

I’ve tried a few different eBay integration apps on Shopify. And I had an issue with every one except LionzApp. It was very easy to sync my products and very simple instructions to follow. The customer service is excellent! So fast and so helpful. I finally found the interaction app that I will sticking with.

When attempting to export products using this app, eBay categories are hard to search, and always listed in reverse. Some simply do not show up.

Products that I do not have in stock were exporting to eBay saying there were quantities available. Eg I had 0 of one, and -4 of another, and after export eBay showed I had 2 available of each.

Product capitalisation / names were incorrectly altered when exported. Products such as "Product E V1" would become "product e v1".

Errors when products fail to export are not shown. I would have to refresh the page with the Chrome inspector open to find the error in the HTTP requests.

Random products fail to export due to incorrect size data being sent to eBay. Some products I could set 5x5x3cm 5g and they export fine, others would fail saying the size was invalid.

Developer re-exported products overnight which I had removed from eBay resulting in invalid listings, without asking me first.

This app only cost me time and money, and did not provide any benefit. Manually adding listings to eBay would be easier and resulted in more correct listings.

Don't risk your eBay reputation by using this.
