Would highly recommend Lipscore. The integration and support have been fantastic but the biggest improvement has been to our response rate which has improved to over 40%.
On top of this the whole process of using the Lipscore interface is much more customer-centric allowing us to follow up directly with customers and ask for more information or offer solutions. This goes a huge way to improving our customer's shopping experience.

Very pleased with the support, implementation and results we get from Lipscore. Our response rates are through the roof and we couldn't be happier.

The tool is easy to manage and the team is always available to support and help.

We've had a really positive experience dealing with the team at Lipscore from the earlier conversations with Liam and Kevin to the implementation of everything and working with Angela. Initiating reviews on our website was something we had delayed but we absolutely love the Lipscore way of getting feedback and ease to leave ratings and reviews for our customers.
