UPDATE TO THIS: Since having some issues with how the star rating system was being perceived by our customer base, Lipscore has worked with us to provide great customer service. They've added a feature for our invites to get clients to confirm their ratings as to not have as many low star ratings done as a mistake thinking they are good ratings.

Works, but can lead to false negative reviews if the customer does not read properly or understand the "Star" rating system (Sounds ridiculous I know, but it'll happen more than you think).

Their method does get a lot of reviews and stars in a quick amount of time. Gives you great feedback on your products and how they are enjoyed by your customer base. Very responsive staff to their customer's needs.

Very easy to use, install and manage. Everything ran quickly and smoothly and the team were with us every step of the way. Conversion rate has increased on site (more than doubled). Would definitely recommend.

I have this on four of our sites. It literally generates 4x+ the reviews that we get on Trustpilot, Trusted Site, and Judge.me, all of which we still use as well. Good ROI.

We have had a fantastic experience with Lipscore so far! The integration process (paid) was very seamless and transparent; we had an assigned onboarding manager that walked us through each step and ensured we had Lipscore configured exactly the way WE wanted!

Their customer service and account teams are very proactive and want to see their customers succeed. Such a refreshing and different approach to something as simple as customer reviews, but it makes all the difference.

There are a lot of tools at your disposal with Lipscore, and a supportive team that stands behind their product. 6/5 experience!

We have been using Lipscore for a couple of months now. I must say that I was hugely impressed with the onboarding support and process. Josh explained the service well and I was impressed and intrigued by the results in his examples.... these targets have been surpassed in our experience

Angela was absolutely fantastic and thorough in her onboarding process... I couldn't speak more highly of her, absolute credit to the brand.

The actual system is easy to use and monitor and we have seen an increase in reviews from 1% to 37%.. its given us more opportunity to speak to customers and rectify any issues.

Overall It's been fantastic.

Absolutely love lipscore! The best decision to move over from our previous provider. If you're debating it definitely talk to the team who are so friendly, helpful and really attentive over email and phone.
We are seeing great results from only being on the platform a few months and are excited to see where it goes in the future. Initially dealing with Angela she is great and so easy to communicate with and then follow ups and check ins with Josh have been great, thanks guys!

Great experience from start to finish. We previously use Trustpilot for product reviews but were only getting a 2% response rate. We are now getting 32% with Lipscore.

The process for the customers is easy and intuitive resulting in more reviews.

Onboarding & service is amazing - would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Lipscore. The integration and support have been fantastic but the biggest improvement has been to our response rate which has improved to over 40%.
On top of this the whole process of using the Lipscore interface is much more customer-centric allowing us to follow up directly with customers and ask for more information or offer solutions. This goes a huge way to improving our customer's shopping experience.
