We have used Listrak for email for several years now because we love how customizable it is.

The customer support is also wonderful! Our dedicated Customer Success Manager, and the support staff through their direct chat feature, seems to respond almost immediately. We are able to do pretty much anything we can imagine with email because their team is willing to help us to figure out how to do things that may be a bit more technically difficult.

The amount of data they ingest and allow us to utilize is also so great that we've been able to use them + Shopify, while not having to purchase an additional CDP. Other businesses may be different, but the point is, their data, reporting, and segmentation abilities are everything we've needed.

Listrak has been a fantastic tool for us at Perfumania. It’s super easy to use, with detailed analytics that really help us understand our campaigns. The email tools make creating and managing campaigns a breeze, and the personalization options have boosted our conversions. Listrak has been an excellent solution for us at the Ready Store. The system is intuitive and user-friendly. The analytics are detailed and relevant. The tools available in Listrak have allowed us to personalize campaigns, and see excellent conversions. Our Listrak rep has been awesome to work with, the Listrak team is always quick to respond to questions and help us to utilize the platform fully.

We recently completed onboarding with Listrak and I was impressed with the hi-touch service we received. The overall competence of everyone we worked with gave me confidence in transitioning four different brands simultaneously.

Our Project Manager provided a roadmap and weekly status updates on our progress. When any questions arose, she immediately responded with follow-up steps and solutions.

Listrak's technical team handled the integration with Shopify and the data passing to Listrak. It was critical to have Listrak's help building templates and the logic for automated journeys inside our four separate accounts. Their attention to detail allowed me to focus on our marketing effort during the transition.

Our Account Manager attended all the meetings and jumped in to assist as we were learning the platform. She scheduled training after our IP warm-up and continues to support us during weekly status updates.

I recommend Listrak's service to anyone looking for assistance in transitioning their email marketing program.

We migrated from a two-provider solution to Listrak at the beginning of the year, and that has proven to be the right decision. The onboarding process and ongoing account management is high-touch, unlike the experience with most other vendors in the space. The Listrak team is solid, the technology is best in class, and the reporting is open and flexible. The latter is a very nice respite from other vendors that claim their results are superior but keep their technology and reporting in a "black box."

Listrak has been an incredible partner in optimizing our CRM strategy. Since we began working with Listrak, we've been able to improve engagement and conversion rates, as well as set up various email and SMS journeys for our customers - this has been crucial for retention and meeting our goals. Listrak also has a helpful dashboard to analyze performance, which provides all the information needed to track various metrics. Listrak also has a List Health dashboard that makes tracking email list growth convenient. The platform itself is extremely user-friendly and there are plenty of resources and help guides if we're stuck. The entire team (including the support team) has been consistent with their quality of assistance.

This Listrak app takes our Shopify Plus data and multiplies it in unbelievable new ways. We have been able to launch some really personalized, unique campaigns using the Listrak app. It enhances what we are already doing in Shopify. The deeper we get into the Listrak app/platform, the more there is to discover. They provide account level support, a thorough knowledge base, responsive chat, and even an after hours phone that I've called into when needed. Great company, great app, and we're looking forward to future releases from both Listrak & Shopify.

Since moving to Listrak, we have bi-weekly meetings with our CS rep and everyone is always quick to help and respond to our team when needed. Our email and SMS set up & send out process is so much easier as well! We love our LT team!
